Vinification:

Hand-picked harvest. Whole bunch vinification in temperature-controlled concrete vats, with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 10 months in concrete vats.

Carmine red, brilliant garnet.

Nose:

Southern Rhône in style, with finesse, freshness, and precision—lifted by notes of peony, wild berries, and subtle, restrained ageing.

Palate:

Silky, tactile, and clearly defined, the wine flows with clarity and energy. The ripe berry flavours are fresh and precise, carried by fine, gentle tannins. It’s a beautifully crafted wine—full of charm, polished in style, and ready to enjoy right now.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

Beef carpaccio, Flemish beef stew, chicken fajitas, pork filet mignon.

Cellar aging:

From today until 2029.
