A textbook rosé made from Grenache and Syrah, the 2024 Côtes du Roussillon L'Effet Papillon Rosé shows off a pale, delicate hue and instantly appealing aromas of red berries and floral notes—especially violet. The palate is crisp, savoury, and finely detailed, with a bright, mouthwatering texture. This is a refined, feather-light summer rosé—perfect for apéritifs, tapas, cured ham, or even an anchovy-topped pizza.Vinification:
Hand harvested, plot located on rounded pebble and red clay soils, fermentation and aging for 6 months in stainless steel vats.Color:
